  • Respect our appointments and each other's time. If you need to cancel, please give us as much advance notice as possible. We will do the same for you.

  • Contact us with any issues or problems that might temporarily affect the marketing or showing of your property, e.g. a burst water pipe, a child home sick, a house full of visiting family.

  • Do your part of the homework and paperwork.

  • Be realtistic about pricing. Our job is to get you the most money possible for your property but remember it's actually the marketplace that sets the price. Chances are any potential buyers have already researched what properties like yours are selling for.

  • Ours is a partnership. We pledge to represent your best interests in this and all your future real estate transactions.Please return our loyalty with yours.

  • Please refer all prospective buyers to us should they contact your directly. That's what we are here for.

  • Likewise, refer all other agents you meet back to us to make sure your best interests are being protected because that's what you are paying us to do.
