Jocelyn and I had our first Coffee Meetup in the heart of Green Cove Springs at Spring Park Coffee. Walking in you immediately feel at home as you choose between sitting at a table, sofa, or comfy chair. Whether you just need a moment of quiet with a cup of coffee, are meeting a group of friends to catch up, or having a business meeting, you will find what you need.
The day of our visit was a hot and humid day in July and they were hosting their Christmas in July week. There were Christmas trees, stockings hung on the fireplace with care, and Christmas music playing to finish setting the atmosphere.
Jocelyn ordered their Thin Mint Iced Coffee and Kelly ordered their Peppermint Iced Coffee along with a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit. Everything was delicious! I hear that their breakfast sandwich on a waffle is the best and will definitely be ordering it the next time I stop by.
Spring Park Coffee offers a variety of hot and cold coffees, breakfast sandwiches, and pastries. Want free coffee?? Each day they chose a name and put it on the board outside their shop. If your name is on the board you get a free coffee!! They also have open mic nights and special events through the year.
Spring Park Coffee is one of those neighborhood coffee shops you want to pop into on a daily basis or at least several times a week. To me, it was a combination of Central Perk on Friends and Cheers! So next time you are in Green Cove Springs, stop in and see it for yourself.
You can find out more on their website at springparkcoffee.com and be sure to follow their social media so you can be up-to-date on all their events.
Each week we host a Meetup at a local coffee shop or lunch spot around the Northeast Florida area. We would love to have you stop by and say hello and let us buy you a cup of coffee. We announce our location on our social media, so be sure to follow us also! The links are below
Until next time!
